• PA-858 - Ignore case when checking scan input for action barcode match.
• PA-858 - Fixes for Sample tag scanning behavior. Now handles recipe sample scanning, and scanning a different sample on an already loaded Work Order.
• Fix bug where some tables would scroll to the bottom whenever you edited a value within them. Previously this was fixed on a case-by-case basis, but this fixes the root cause so it shouldn't happen again.
