Minor Changes

New Beta features are available! Turn them on now in Configuration -> Settings -> Beta Features.

The all-new Service screen is now available for testing. It includes:

• Mechanic and Bay Assignment: Track service units directly through the software.
• Labor Rate Configuration: Bill labor at multiple rates using fixed or actual/clocked time tracking.
• Multi-Job Tracking: Organize service orders with individual job statuses.
• Job Templates: Configure and reuse common jobs to save time and reduce data entry errors.
• Invoicing: Once the work is complete, send it directly to an invoice!

A new Sale screen is also available for testing, offering increased performance and new features, including:

• Streamlined Document Types: The Document Type (Quote vs. Invoice) dropdown is now disabled after a document is saved. For quotes, there is a dedicated button to convert them into an invoice.
• Improved Inventory Searching: In addition to tag (#) lookups and “Add From Search,” you can now perform keyword-based inventory searches directly from the screen, similar to the PO screen.
• Spreadsheet-Style Navigation: Easily navigate line items using your keyboard. Enter moves down, Shift+Enter moves up, Tab moves right, and Shift+Tab moves left—just like on the PO screen.

Minor Changes

• Configuration -> Settings: We’ve added a new Beta Features option that lets you try out new and upcoming features before they’re released to everyone.

To get started, go to Configuration → Settings. Select the new Beta Features category and turn on “Enable beta feature availability settings.” Once enabled, you'll be able to see and toggle which available beta features you’d like to enable.

Beta features are still being tested and refined, so they may change over time and could occasionally have bugs or other issues. You can enable or disable individual beta features at any time.

A single example beta feature has been included to let you try out the process. A person's home is their castle.

• QuickBooks Online: Invoices and Payments can now be loaded with date filters, letting you narrow results to specific time range.

Patch Changes

• Customer -> Financials, Sales: Fixed a display bug with tax rates. This was only a display bug and did not affect the calculation of sales order taxes or totals.

• Home: Fixed a bug where the “Ship To” field displayed the customer’s ship-to company/contact instead of the document’s.
• Home: Fixed an issue where the Always date range option would not show all documents

• E-commerce Inventory Type Configuration: The configuration list now loads only the configs for the selected inventory type instead of retrieving the entire list.
• E-commerce Inventory Type Configuration: Fixed an issue where individual policies were handled incorrectly, including a missing status enum and a policy ID that was treated as an array instead of a single value.
• eBay: Fixed an issue where part e-commerce listing details would not update after saving.
