Parts: Added support for Custom Q&A fields in the Custom Fields section.
- Fixed: an issue where contextual and the last 6 months of email addresses would appear in the email address dropdown on the print/email dialog. Now, if there's contextual email addresses(ie. customer email address when printing a sale), only that email will be shown in the dropdown. If no contextual email addresses are available, it will show the last 6 months of people you've emailed.
